Return
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order . The product must not show any signs of use, and the packaging, label, and proof of purchase must be intact.
You can make a return using the following methods:
Refunds do not require any payment or additional documentation. However, the return fee will be 14 PLN and will be deducted from the purchase price upon refund.

Please include a completed returns form with your return shipment so that we can identify your order.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of your shipment. Funds will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay for your order.
Exchange
Exchanges for another product are possible within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must show no signs of use, and the packaging, label, and proof of purchase must be intact.
Free ring resizing is available within 30 days of receiving your order. After this time, resizing services are priced individually. Shipping costs to and from the studio are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer can send the product themselves or contact our customer service department to generate a return label for PLN 14, which will be deducted from the refunded order amount.
The following information must be included with the returned shipment: order number, name and surname, contact telephone number, e-mail address, new product code/new product size.
